Sussex Architectural Services was formed in 2008 by John Sergi - BA Hons (Architecture), Diploma in Architecture), With over 20 years experience in the industry John started out in 2000 with a developer in London specialising in luxury riverside apartment developments along the river Thames before working for two respected local practices in East and West Sussex. Sussex Architectural Services can draw on extensive experience and expertise gained from numerous completed projects.

Whether you are a homeowner looking to extend your property/convert a garage or loft, or a developer/builder looking for a ‘one stop’ in-house solution we can help make your ideas a reality. Sussex Architectural Services will liaise directly with local authority (Planning/Building Control/Tree officer/Enforcement officer, Conservation Officer and NHBC/Approved Inspector) where necessary.

Sussex Architectural Services has many years of experience working with other members of the design team such as Main Contractors, Structural Engineers, Drainage Engineers, Highways Consultants, Landscape Architects and Thermal consultants.
