Depending on the particular project, not all services may be required. To ensure you receive the best value for money clients are encouraged to ‘pick and choose’ only the services they need. This will be discussed during the free initial consultation. After which you will be provided with a written description of the services you require and a fixed price fee covering those services.
Additional services can be purchased if required and a written fee quotation would always be submitted to you first for your approval/authorisation before any additional work is carried out. If you cannot see the service you require then please contact Sussex Architectural Services direct for a competitive quotation.
Whether you are a homeowner looking to extend your property/convert a garage or a developer/builder looking for a ‘one stop’ in-house solution we can help make your ideas a reality. Sussex Architectural Services will liaise directly with local authority (Planning/Building Control/Listed Building/conservation officer/tree officer/enforcement officer and NHBC) where necessary.
John Sergi also has many years of experience working with other members of the design team such as Structural Engineers, Drainage Engineers, Highways Consultants, Landscape Architects and Thermal consultants. If you are unsure as to the specific consents that your project may require simply call us for a free, friendly chat to discuss your needs.
Depending on the work stage (Planning/Building Control) and the complexity of the particular job, drawings will be either hand-drawn or computer drawn using industry standard drafting software. Construction notes that accompany Building Control submissions will always be in an A4 printed format such as a Word document or printed directly onto the relevant drawing sheet.
Getting started on your project can be a daunting task but Sussex Architectural Services has the knowledge and experience to ensure the process is as easy and inexpensive as possible.
